The other day I got to spend some time with some amazing vendors. Styled shoots are such a great way to meet different vendors in the wedding industry and this styled shoot certainly didn’t disappoint. We hope this fills you with some Alberta Wedding Inspiration!
It was organized by Sierra at Oliver Events. This girl hustles, let me tell you, when I showed up I was extremely impressed with the amount of time and effort she had put in to making it such a beautiful event. The other vendors she had recruited were absolutely incredible. I’ll get into a bit more detail about each vendor below.
Oliver events offers a wide range of things for rent, from benches to arches and even linens.
Sierra managed to get everyone organized, create the perfect color scheme and ultimately bring the entire shoot to life. Her arches are some of my favorites and she has these beautiful faux flower arrangements that fit the vibe perfectly. Sierra is not just hard working but she is extremely sweet and has a great sense of humor. She was so fun to work with. I know she puts her clients first and will go above and beyond to bring you the best products. You can find more of her rentals on her WEBSITE.
Here she is working hard to make sure everything comes together!
Some of her beautiful rentals, including the arches, sign, faux florals, chairs and barrels.
Another one of her beautiful arches (this is my all time fav). Also hello there beautiful “bride and groom.”
The Maby Studio. WOULD YOU LOOK AT THAT TABLE SETTING!
Ruby is extremely detail orientated. She is a bit of a perfectionist, which is such a bonus when it comes to your linens and the little details. The colors and quality of her products were outstanding. I have no doubt that she can bring any of your ideas to life. Ruby has a great range of quality products to rent. She also loves to bring her clients Pinterest ideas to life. Check out her INSTAGRAM for more of her awesome work.
Oh here there Samantha!
There she is, hard at work, making everything look juuuust right!
I mean, just look at those details!
On the road pop. The perfect duo. These two put in all their energy to make sure that their little booze wagon was looking shiny and beautiful. Not to mention the drinks.
They managed to get the colors perfect AND taste amazing. I didnt get to try the actual booze because I was on the job but also I’m pretty sure the “bride and groom” weren’t prepared to share since they were so delicious. (And you know, that old rascal, covid-19). I watched Samantha meticulously decorate this outstanding set up just outside of their mobile. And I even caught Jackson cleaning their tires. That is the kind of effort that makes me certain they go above and beyond to give you the best experience that they can. You can find more information about them on their WEBSITE.
There’s Jackson, caught in the act!
That bartender though, daaaamn.
The prettiest little drinks you ever did see.
These beautiful florals were created by House of Fiorri. I am not exaggerating when I say I gasped when I seen the table bouquets.
They were absolutely stunning. Breathtakingly stunning. I could’ve taken pictures of them all day. It is family owned and ran by 5 people. I had the pleasure of meeting 2 of them, and it didn’t take me long to know i would be recommending them to lots of my clients. Beautiful work created by beautiful people. For a local business that offers same day delivery run to their WEBSITE and make sure to follow them on INSTAGRAM.
And check out the beautiful bride and bridesmaids bouquets. The boutonniere was also lovely.
The lovely miss Jenna who styled all the ladies hair beautifully.
She did a great job of picking hairstyles that suited them all perfectly, and capturing just what they wanted. All the ladies hair fit our boho vibe perfectly. She was so sweet and pleasant to work with. Give her a follow on INSTAGRAM.
You had me at cupcake, who I never got to meet but her work really does speak for itself.
The cupcakes were so delicious I could’ve eaten the entire batch myself. Another awesome vendor that will make sure you get exactly what you’re after. If you’re interested in placing an order check out her WEBSITE. If you like to see pretty food on your feed follow her INSTAGRAM.
Now let me talk about these stunning dresses. Jo at jh gowns creates these beautiful gowns in Red Deer.
There are some available for rent and some for purchase! They range from bridesmaid to maternity.. That’s right, instead of purchasing a bridesmaid/maternity dress that you will likely never wear again you can rent one! These gowns are beautiful and you can tell she really puts her heart and soul into her work and loves what she does. Give her a follow on INSTAGRAM and the shop will soon be store front which means you will be able to walk in and check it out all on your own!
We were also joined by Gino from twenty four photo and films. Make sure to check out his INSTAGRAM. He is a lot of fun and his work is beautiful.
Aliesha at pine and peak photo was also at the shoot to help capture the amazing day. She is wonderful at keeping her clients and the rest of us laughing. You can find her work on INSTAGRAM.
And of course to my lovely models Vicky and Josh. You guys were absolute troopers and I will be forever grateful for you turning around when I spotted the sunset.
